Life can feel overwhelming and uncertain at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space to slow things down, explore what’s feeling heavy, and begin to understand the patterns shaping your experience. Together, we focus on building clarity, emotional steadiness, and more supportive ways of moving through stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship changes.
This work is grounded, collaborative, and paced with intention — supporting both insight and meaningful, sustainable change.

Relationships can hold deep connection, complexity, and growth all at once. Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, ruptures in trust, life transitions, or a desire to feel more connected, therapy offers a grounded space to slow down and better understand what’s happening between you.
I work with individuals and partners across a range of relationship structures, supporting clearer communication, emotional understanding, and healthier patterns of connection. The focus is on helping you move toward relationships that feel more intentional, secure, and aligned with your values.

Family relationships can be deeply meaningful and, at times, complex or strained. When communication feels difficult or life transitions create distance, family therapy offers a space to slow things down and reconnect in a more intentional way.
I support families navigating conflict, parenting challenges and parent-child dynamics, major life transitions, and patterns that may be contributing to disconnection. This can also include parenting support and guidance to help caregivers feel more confident, consistent, and connected in their approach.
The focus is on improving communication, strengthening understanding, and building healthier, more supportive family dynamics where each voice can be heard.
Together, we work toward relationships that feel more steady, respectful, and connected.

Growing up can feel overwhelming at times, especially when school, friendships, family dynamics, or questions about yourself start to feel confusing or heavy.
Therapy offers a safe, supportive space where kids and teens can talk things through in a way that feels comfortable and age-appropriate. Sessions focus on helping them understand their emotions, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and feel more supported in navigating everyday challenges.
The goal is to help each child or teen feel more grounded, capable, and supported as they grow.

Rooted Sessions are flexible, focused therapy sessions designed for individuals seeking meaningful clinical support without the expectation of traditional, ongoing therapy. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge, processing a recent event, making an important decision, or simply looking for a space to reconnect with yourself, Rooted Sessions provide thoughtful, individualized care tailored to your current needs.
Whether you choose a single session, return as needed, or decide to transition into ongoing therapy, the process is entirely guided by your goals. There is no prescribed schedule or predetermined treatment plan—together, we'll determine what level of support feels most appropriate for you.
For telehealth clients, Rooted Sessions are available throughout New York State. For in-person appointments, a brief introductory phone consultation is required before scheduling to ensure the service is an appropriate fit for your needs.
Each session offers a supportive, confidential space to gain clarity, explore concerns, strengthen coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence. You'll leave with practical insights, renewed perspective, and a clearer understanding of your next steps—whether that means continuing therapy or simply feeling more grounded in the moment.

This service is designed for high school and college students, adults considering career transitions, and families seeking individualized support in exploring career direction, identity, and life after graduation or career change.
Whether you're choosing a college major, exploring career options, preparing for the workforce, questioning your current career path, or considering a significant professional change, this process offers dedicated time and space to gain clarity. Together, we'll explore your strengths, interests, values, personality, and goals to identify pathways that align with who you are—not just what you do.
Rather than focusing solely on educational or vocational outcomes, this work emphasizes finding the right fit. Through thoughtful conversation, guided reflection, and practical exploration, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself while identifying opportunities that feel both meaningful and realistic.
Support may include one-on-one career exploration, educational and post-secondary planning, career transition consultation, family meetings, interpretation of career and personality assessments, and future offerings such as workshops and guided workbooks designed to foster greater self-awareness and informed decision-making.
This isn't about finding the "perfect" career or following someone else's timeline. It's about slowing down, asking the right questions, and making intentional decisions with greater confidence—whether you're beginning your journey, redefining your path, or preparing for your next chapter.
